ShockCentral sells authentic watches to customers in the UK and internationally. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to make a purchase.
Product Information & Authenticity
All watches sold by ShockCentral are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Product descriptions, images, and condition notes are provided as accurately as possible. Minor cosmetic variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences. We do not accept responsibility for buyer assumptions not stated in the product listing.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to suspected fraud, errors, or stock availability. Payment is processed immediately and payouts are handled by our payment providers.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled using tracked services only. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control are not our responsibility. Once tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, misuse, or tampering.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Requests made after dispatch will be treated as a return and handled under our Returns & Refund Policy.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We take chargeback abuse seriously. Any false or fraudulent chargeback claims may result in permanent refusal of service. Evidence including tracking, dispatch records, and condition documentation will be submitted to payment providers during disputes.
