📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday–Saturday

  • Orders placed before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day

  • Orders placed after the cut-off, or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day

We do not dispatch on UK bank holidays.

🚚 Shipping Services

We ship exclusively using tracked and insured services to protect both buyer and seller.

Available options at checkout may include:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak periods (e.g. Christmas)

  • Events outside our control

ShockCentral is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

📍 Address Accuracy (VERY IMPORTANT)

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders returned to us due to address errors may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense

  • Refunds will not be issued for address mistakes

📬 Proof of Delivery

Once a tracking number shows an order as delivered, this is considered successful delivery.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Claims of non-receipt when tracking confirms delivery

  • Parcels marked as delivered to the provided address

Any disputes must be taken up with the courier directly.

📸 Condition on Dispatch

All watches are:

  • Carefully inspected

  • Securely packaged

  • Documented before dispatch

We strongly recommend customers inspect parcels immediately upon arrival.

⚠️ Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the packaging and item are required

  • Claims made after 48 hours may be rejected

We reserve the right to refuse claims without sufficient evidence.

🔁 Shipping & Returns

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked return service

  • ShockCentral is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

🔒 Authenticity & High-Value Items

All items sold are 100% authentic.

For high-value orders:

  • Additional verification

  • Signature on delivery

    may be required for security.
