Orders placed before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day

Orders placed after the cut-off, or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day
We do not dispatch on UK bank holidays.

We ship exclusively using tracked and insured services to protect both buyer and seller.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

ShockCentral is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.
📍 Address Accuracy (VERY IMPORTANT)
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

Orders returned to us due to address errors may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense

📬 Proof of Delivery
Once a tracking number shows an order as delivered, this is considered successful delivery.
We do not issue refunds for:

Claims of non-receipt when tracking confirms delivery

Parcels marked as delivered to the provided address
Any disputes must be taken up with the courier directly.
📸 Condition on Dispatch

We strongly recommend customers inspect parcels immediately upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Claims made after 48 hours may be rejected
We reserve the right to refuse claims without sufficient evidence.
