Order Processing

 


All orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

 


 

 

Shipping Services

 


All orders are shipped using fully tracked services only. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout and may include Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48. Shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.

 


 

 

Delivery Timeframes

 


Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ShockCentral is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier.

 


 

 

Address Accuracy

 


Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Orders returned to us due to address errors may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will not be issued for address mistakes.

 


 

 

Proof of Delivery

 


Tracking confirmation marked as “delivered” by the courier is considered proof of successful delivery. We do not issue refunds or replacements for claims of non-receipt where tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.

 


 

 

Condition & Dispatch Evidence

 


All items are inspected, securely packaged, and documented prior to dispatch. Customers are advised to inspect parcels immediately upon delivery.

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


Any issues relating to damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging is required. Claims submitted after 48 hours may be refused.

 


 

 

Lost Parcels

 


If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will assist with the investigation. Replacement or refund decisions are made only after the courier’s investigation is complete. ShockCentral is not responsible for parcels delayed or temporarily missing while in transit.

 


 

 

Shipping & Returns

 


Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is confirmed faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked return service. ShockCentral is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

 


 

 

High-Value Orders

 


For security reasons, high-value orders may require signature on delivery or additional verification. Failure to accept delivery may result in reshipping fees.
